The ASBO International Emerging Leaders Scholarship “ recognizes new school business professionals and helps them develop into tomorrow's leaders” by bringing together SBOs who have been in the role for less than 5 years as a cohort to learn from seasoned professionals. Dr. Matthew Ferreira, Associate Superintendent for Finance and Operations for School Administrative Unit 21 in New Hampshire joins us to reflect on his time in the Emerging Leaders cohort and why he found it such an important step in his career.
